Kathleen Lange, FRP is a Florida Registered Paralegal at Chaykin Law Group, P.A., where she has assisted our family law and divorce clients since January 2019. Kathleen assists our clients from intake through settlement or trial.​​

A Florida Registered Paralegal is a paralegal who has met the education, training, certification and work experience required for registration as set forth in Chapter 20 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. A paralegal is a person with education, training or work experience, who works under the direction and supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible.

​Kathleen brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Kathleen attended Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with distinction. After graduation, Kathleen moved to South Florida and pursued a career as a paralegal, completing the paralegal program at Palm Beach State College. In addition to her experience with divorce and family law cases, she has experience with corporate filings and contract law.​
